NEW DESIGN ORDER PROCESS

Prior to purchasing, we ask for you to complete this order request (free of charge). Price charts are listed in the product photo listing. All new design orders have a design cost fee included. In the event that you make a reorder, then the price point will be at a lower cost since we will keep your design on file for no more than 2 calendar years.

1. Label Size. You can pick from a variety of label sizes that be suit your needs. Options include:
   
   - Standard Square (1.75 in x 1.75 in) (1 Set = 24)
   - Small Square (1.50 in x 1.50 in) (1 Set = 35)
   - Mini Square (1.25 in x 1.25 in) (1 Set = 48)
   - Standard Skinny (4.25 x 0.65 in) (1 Set = 30)
   - Short Narrow (3.00 in x 0.85 in)  (1 Set = 30)
   - Other Sizes/Shapes (Additional Price)
   
   
2. Label Style. You can pick from a variety of label styles that be suit your needs. Options include:
   
   - Sew on with holes
   - Sew on with no holes
   - Holes for Chicago Screws
   
   
3. Orientation. If your design needs to be folded over, then your label design will need to be oriented properly depending on your item.
   
   - Option 1 (Reversible). This is our personal favorite because of the versatility and cost saving measures. There is so much flexibility with this option because you can use it on something flat (blankets), items that can flip up/down (fold over beanies), on top edges (cup cozies). This is the biggest bang for your buck for versatility.
   - Option 2 (Double-Sided Bottom Edge). This is a great way to subtly brand yourself. This is a great option for flat items (earwarmers, beanies, blankets, etc.) and is not intended to flip up or be placed on a top edge. Our favorite way to design this tag is to have a simple logo on the front and a business name on the back.
   - Option 3 (Front Side Top Edge Only). This is just like Option 5; however, you will have a blank space on the back. This orientation is intended to be placed at the top of your items (baskets, bags, cup cozies, etc.). We recommend this design if you want your logo or a fun image (puppy, snowflake, etc.).
   - Option 4 (Front Side Bottom Edge Only). This is just like Option 2; however, you will have a blank space on the back. This orientation is intended to be placed at the bottom of your items. We recommend this design if you want your logo or a fun image (puppy, snowflake, etc.).
   - Option 5 (Double-Sided Top Edge). This is a great way to subtly brand yourself. This is a great option for flat items (earwarmers, fold over beanies, blankets, etc.) and is not intended to flip up or be placed on a bottom edge. Our favorite way to design this tag is to have a simple logo on the front and a business name on the back.
   -Option 6 (Side Edge Only). This is just like Option 1 and is perfect for home decor items like wall hangings, baskets, etc.
   
   
4. Label Color. You can choose from a variety of colors for your Ultrasuede labels. Your label color request will be based upon fabric availability. Color swatches can be skewed based on computer screen brightness and other variables. We highly encourage purchasing a color sample card for color accuracy. We do our best to provide you the most accurate colors through our photos.
   
   
5. Font Type. We have a selection of handwritten, sans serif, and script fonts. If you prefer a different font, we will need to know in advance and you'll need to provide the font file if we are unable to acquire it. You may incur an additional design fee if we do not have the font on file and you need a specific font that requires a purchase fee.
   
   
6. Chicago Screws (Additional Price). If you select to have Chicago Screws, you have four options (black, bronze, gold, and silver). Each screw has a screw head that is 8 mm in diameter, 6 mm post height, and a 4 mm post diameter. 
   
   
7. Design Approval. After your design has been submitted, you should receive an email confirmation (check your spam folder just in case). If you do not have an image, please upload an inspiration photo and consult with us on an idea you have in mind and we can assist you. We are not graphic designers, so if the design is complex for us then we may not be able to support the request.
